Mr. Kaiser is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group, focused on M&A and capital-raising advisory for high-growth vertical software companies with coverage focus across the transportation technology vertical. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Kaiser began his investment banking career in 2009 and has advised numerous public and private companies across a variety of industries on M&A, capital raising, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and capital structure alternatives. His notable recent transaction experience includes the sales of Blume Global to WiseTech Global; Overall Parts Solutions to OEConnection; DRAIVER to Kavak Holdings; SambaSafety to Stone Point Capital; and ClipperData to Kpler. Previous transaction experience before joining Houlihan Lokey includes the sales of ELEAD1ONE to CDK Global; fusionZONE Automotive to Primus Capital; Dealer Products Services and OneCommand to CIP Capital; Wolters Kluwer’s Indirect Lending Solutions business to Reynolds and Reynolds; Vivint to The Blackstone Group; Petermann Partners to National Express; and the acquisition of Autoloop by Affinitiv.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kaiser was a Director with Portico Capital, where he focused on advising clients within the information and business services/software sectors. Before that, he was an Investment Banker with Barclays Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York. Prior to Mr. Kaiser’s investment banking career, he worked at PwC as an International Tax Consultant.
Mr. Kaiser holds a B.A. in Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
