Mr. Bhatnagar is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has worked on a variety of transactions, including OTG Management, Travelport Worldwide Ltd., Catalina Marketing Corporation, Dunn Paper, Inc., Westinghouse, Longview Power, Empire Generating, Animal Supply Company, and FirstEnergy Solutions. Mr. Bhatnagar is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bhatnagar was an Investment Professional at Värde Partners in Minneapolis. While there, he focused on U.S. traded and corporate credit.
Mr. Bhatnagar holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Virginia.
