Mr. Newman is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Newman possesses more than a decade of investment banking experience focused primarily on the broader industrial and defense sectors. During his career, he has executed numerous advisory and capital markets transactions, including public mergers and acquisitions, private company acquisitions and sales, corporate divestitures, spinoffs, fairness opinions, and numerous debt and equity offerings.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Newman held several positions within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking division.
Mr. Newman graduated summa cum laude from New York University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
