Mr. Uchida is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. His M&A advisory experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, corporate reorganizations (mainly by Japanese companies), LBOs, and MBOs involving PE funds. Mr. Uchida is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Uchida was a Managing Director at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he worked at UBS Investment Bank and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan. Mr. Uchida started his career at Nomura Securities.
Mr. Uchida holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
