Mr. Nakamura is an Advisory Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Nakamura was an Advisory Director at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, he was with various blue-chip corporations, including Sumitomo Life Insurance Company and Kokusai Securities (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Securities). While there, Mr. Nakamura was a General Manager of the Financial Development Division, responsible for M&A, acquisition financing, and TOB transactions and managing a team of more than 100 people and deal flows of over 200 per year. He also led underwriting and equity finance and was Head of Investment Banking.
Mr. Nakamura holds a B.A. in Economics from Doshisha University.
