Mr. Hirakawa is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has more than a decade of M&A advisory experience, including acquisitions, tender offers, private equity-related deals, and various cross-border transactions. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Hirakawa was a Director in the Consumer and Logistics team at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2010 and spent one year at GCA’s Mumbai office in 2014, where he supported Japanese clients in India.
Mr. Hirakawa is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University in Applied Economics and holds a Master of Science in Business Administration.
