Mr. Solheim is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Zurich office.
Previously, Mr. Solheim was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA from Stella EOC, where he was a founding partner. Prior to this, he held several senior corporate finance and investment management positions, during which he led multiple technology private equity and venture capital transactions. Earlier in his career, he was part of the Institutional Sales team at ABG Sundal Collier.
Mr. Solheim has nearly three decades of experience in investment banking, having executed transactions in Northern and Central Europe within business-to-business SaaS, IT services, IT lifecycle management, and ESG/circular economy. In addition to a wealth of knowledge and expertise across these areas, Mr. Solheim also brings his experience from the Norwegian Special Forces.
He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Finance from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes (now Audencia Business School).
