Mr. Le Guillou is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group within the Corporate Finance business. He leads the food and beverage practice in France and has significant M&A expertise, advising leadership teams, financial sponsors, and both public and private companies in the consumer sector. Mr. Le Guillou is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Le Guillou was an Executive Director at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. While at Natixis Partners, he conducted approximately 40 transactions across France and Europe, primarily in the consumer space. Mr. Le Guillou started his career as an Associate in Deloitte’s Transaction Services department in 2011.
Mr. Le Guillou holds a Master of Corporate Finance from ESCP and a Master of Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.
