Mr. Stastny is a member of Houlihan Lokey‘s Industrials Group within the Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Previously, Mr. Stastny worked at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before joining GCA Altium, he worked at Alantra, where he started his career in 2019.
Mr. Stastny holds an M.S. in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a B.S. in Banking and International Finance from City St. George’s, University of London.
