Mr. Anderson is a Senior Vice President in the Power & Utilities Group within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm's Minneapolis office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Anderson worked at Lazard, where he executed M&A transactions in the food and agriculture space, and at PA Consulting Group in the global energy and utilities practice. At PA Consulting, Mr. Anderson focused on energy market modeling, project finance analysis modeling, contract evaluation, litigation support, and energy trading and marketing due diligence associated with business strategy and M&A advisory support. In addition, he advised clients on the North American electric power capacity markets, retail electric industry, and North American natural gas market.
Mr. Anderson earned a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
