Mr. Leckert is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s global Industrials Group within the Corporate Finance business. His focus areas include Industrial Automation and Packaging. Mr. Leckert has more than 25 years of experience advising on disposals, acquisitions, public takeovers, IPOs and secondary offerings, private placements, and debt financings across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on the industrial and automotive sectors.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Leckert was a Managing Director at Lincoln International with responsibilities for the industrial business in the DACH region as well the corporate coverage activities. Prior to that, he led the German industrial and automotive team of Mediobanca. From 2006 to 2010 he worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch with responsibilities firstly for private equity clients and subsequently for automotive supply companies. His diverse experience also includes positions with Lehman Brothers and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both in London and in Frankfurt. Mr. Leckert began his career within the corporate finance team of Baring Brothers in 1993, where he worked the first three years in London and then four years in Paris.
Mr. Leckert holds a degree in Business Administration from European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
