Mr. Gricoski is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, and other financing transactions. Mr. Gricoski is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Gricoski was Chief of Staff to the CEO of Marcone, a private-equity-backed distribution platform, where he drove strategic planning and development activities. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Global Industrials Group at Robert W. Baird & Co. Mr. Gricoski began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Clearsight Advisors, a technology- and services-focused advisory firm.
Mr. Gricoski holds a B.B.A. in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Mathematics, from the College of William & Mary. He also holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
