Mr. Pollock is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial services investment banking. Mr. Pollock is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pollock was a Managing Director at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in the Investment Banking Group, advising on a broad range of M&A transactions in the financial services and FinTech sectors for broker-dealers, placement firms, mortgage REITs, alternative asset managers, and other specialty finance companies. He also has extensive capital markets financing experience, advising on both public and private capital offerings.
Mr. Pollock holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Babson College.
