Mr. Bilina is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Due Diligence team within the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He has more than a decade of transaction experience serving a broad range of clients—both PE and corporate—dealing with topics from indication of interest to post-close working capital true-ups. Mr. Bilina’s transaction experience has primarily involved industrial businesses, serving on both the buyside and sellside throughout his career. Additional sectors served include technology, media, and telecom; healthcare; and professional services. Mr. Bilina is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bilina was a Senior Manager within Transaction Diligence of the Strategy and Transactions group at Ernst & Young. He began his financial due diligence career at Duff & Phelps. Prior to due diligence, Mr. Bilina served in an accounting and finance rotational program at SPX, a diversified manufacturing company, with rotations in internal auditing, SEC reporting, and FP&A.
Mr. Bilina holds a B.A. in Economics and an MAcc from the University of Michigan.
