Mr. Balash is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Balash’s select recent transaction experience includes advising AutoWeb Inc. on its sale of all outstanding common stock through an all-cash equity tender; Christian Care Centers on its exploration of strategic alternatives and ultimate sale transaction executed in Chapter 11; Gold Standard Baking on its sale transactions; the bondholders of Verity Health through the debtor’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy and sale process; George Washington Bridge Bus Station Development Venture through its sale pursuant to a Chapter 11 filing; the lenders to CSM Bakery on an amendment to their respective credit agreements; and Heritage Home Group through its Chapter 11 bankruptcy and sale transactions.
Mr. Balash holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate, with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
