Mr. Brown is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including the industrials, business services, and retail sectors. Mr. Brown is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Brown has a diverse array of experience including leading numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, strategic value-drivers, operational synergies, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Brown was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
Mr. Brown holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Business Honors and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
