Mr. Brown is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including the industrials, business services, and retail sectors. Mr. Brown is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Brown has a diverse array of experience, including leading numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, strategic value-drivers, operational synergies, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Brown was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
Mr. Brown holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Business Honors and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
