Mr. Levitt is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Miami office.
Mr. Levitt’s transaction experience prior to joining Houlihan Lokey includes advising Ultimus Fund Solutions on its partial equity sale to LLR Partners; Geneva Capital Management on its sale to Henderson Global Investors; Apex Capital on its sale to Fiera Capital; Cassaday & Company on its sale to Focus Financial Partners; Altium Wealth on its sale to Hightower Advisors; and The Mather Group on its strategic partnership with The Vistria Group.
Previously, Mr. Levitt was a Founder and Managing Director at Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company, prior to Houlihan Lokey’s acquisition of Waller Helms Advisors in 2024. While there, he worked closely with clients to build trusted partnerships that lead to optimal results. Before that, Mr. Sutton worked at Putnam Lovell and several other investment banks.
Mr. Levitt holds a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Spanish.
Mr. Levitt has served as an instructor at Baruch College of the City University of New York. He is currently a member of the Fidelity Institutional M&A Leaders Forum and sits on the advisory board of Manhattan West.
