Mr. O’Connor is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has worked extensively across the human capital management sector, working on both sellside and buyside M&A advisory and other strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. O’Connor is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. O’Connor’s recent transactions include the acquisition of Motion Recruitment Partners by Kelly Services, the sale of Planet Healthcare to General Healthcare Resources, and the sale of Advantis Global to INSPYR Solutions. His previous deal experience includes the sale of PeopleShare to Proman.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. O’Connor worked for Citizens M&A Advisory and Truist Securities (f/k/a SunTrust Robinson Humphrey).
Mr. O’Connor holds B.B.A. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Georgia.
