Mr. Smallwood is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions across the entertainment, property technology, timber, and equipment hire sectors. Mr. Smallwood is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Smallwood was an Associate at MCF Corporate Finance, a middle-market M&A advisory firm.
Mr. Smallwood holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree from the University of Cape Town. He is a Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and CFA Charterholder.
