Ms. Khandelwal is an Associate Manager in Houlihan Lokey’s Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory team within the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she advises clients through the accounting and financial reporting complexities of deals, including U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other international GAAP matters, as well as SEC reporting issues. She also has experience serving clients in different geographies. She is based in the firm’s Gurugram office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Khandelwal served as an Assistant Manager in EY’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services team. She has assisted clients with accounting and financial reporting requirements during M&A, IPO, and SPAC transactions, including IPO readiness assessments, financial statement preparation for quarterly and annual filings, MD&A disclosures, and GAAP checklists.
Ms. Khandelwal has also assisted in preparing technical accounting papers on a number of complex topics, such as business combination accounting, determination of accounting acquirer, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, lease accounting, and factoring arrangements, under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
Ms. Khandelwal is a qualified Chartered Accountant in India and holds a B.Com in Finance and Accounting from Rajasthan University.
