Mr. Tanaka is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tanaka was a Senior Associate at Lincoln International, where he was primarily responsible for cross-border M&A deals from origination to execution, focusing on the industrials and business service spaces. He started his career at Duff & Phelps (now known as Kroll), where he worked for the firm’s valuation practice and M&A advisory services.
Mr. Tanaka holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
