Mr. Misato is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience, focusing on the biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic, and life sciences tool sectors of the healthcare industry. Mr. Misato is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Misato was a President and Executive Officer at GCA Healthcare Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. While there, he focused on healthcare industry coverage. Prior to joining GCA, Mr. Misato worked for PwC. He also worked for a venture capital in the life sciences industry.
Mr. Misato holds a Master of Engineering in Physical Chemistry from Waseda University.
