Mr. Fergin is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. During his career, he has successfully closed real estate transactions totalling more than €10 billion across all major asset classes and geographies. Mr. Fergin is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Mr. Fergin joined Brookfield Financial in 2020, followed by his time at Mellum Capital, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. He continues to play a key role in executing complex transactions.
Mr. Fergin began his career in commercial real estate finance at DZ HYP, a leading German mortgage lending bank, and further broadened his transaction and development expertise at the Dutch development company EDGE Technologies.
Mr. Fergin holds a Master’s in Management (Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure) from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
