Mr. Petersen is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Petersen spent six years at Sawaya Partners in New York specializing in the consumer, food, and retail industry on M&A and strategic advisory. He began his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets in the consumer, food, and retail industry coverage group.
Mr. Petersen holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting with high distinction from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
