Mr. Sullivan is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, focused on M&A and capital-raising advisory for leading software companies. His coverage focuses on HR software and technology as well as the intersection of commerce enablement and supply chain software. Mr. Sullivan is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sullivan was an Executive Director at UBS, where he focused on commerce enablement and supply chain software. While there, his responsibilities involved M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements for companies and private equity sponsors in the software, SaaS, and technology markets. Before that, Mr. Sullivan worked as a Director at RBC Capital Markets, covering the application software space, and at BofA Securities, covering the broader tech media and telecom sectors. He began his career as a Research Analyst at Lux Research in New York, where he built and led the firm’s coverage in the solar and renewable power sectors.
Mr. Sullivan holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
