Mr. Treemarcki is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on valuations, M&A, private placements of debt and equity, and in- and out-of-court financial restructurings. He is also active in the firm’s transaction opinion practice, rendering fairness opinions and solvency opinions to boards, independent fiduciaries, lenders, and other constituents. Mr. Treemarcki has a particular emphasis on cross-border and multi-jurisdiction transactions involving companies based in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Treemarcki has experience in a variety of industries, including, among others, food and consumer products, financial institutions, media and entertainment, telecommunications, metals and mining, aerospace and defense, engineering and construction, manufacturing, chemicals, and healthcare.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Treemarcki was an Analyst in the corporate finance group at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Treemarcki earned his B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
