Mr. Williams is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Power & Utilities Group. He is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Previously, Mr. Williams worked at Oaktree Capital, where he evaluated private investment opportunities across a variety of industries. Prior to Oaktree, Mr. Williams was an Investment Analyst at Fifth Street Asset Management, where he conducted research into middle-market private debt opportunities. Before this, he was an Analyst at Mizuho Securities USA and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Mr. Williams graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Economics and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
