Mr. Egli is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. During his years in corporate finance, he has almost exclusively focused on digital, media, and internet transactions and has successfully closed more than 90 transactions in over 10 countries. Mr. Egli is based in the firm’s Zurich office.
Previously, Mr. Egli was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2005 and primarily focused on its Digital Media & Media practice. Before that, Mr. Egli worked on cross-border M&A transactions with Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt and London.
Mr. Egli holds an M.S. in Financial and Capital Markets from the University of St. Gallen.
