Mr. Hill is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He specializes in advising clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Hill is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Mr. Hill has nearly a decade of investment banking and financial advisory experience, advising corporates and financial sponsors across both private and public markets. Mr. Hill’s experience extends across a range of sectors, including consumer, food and retail, industrials, and business services.
Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, where he was a co-op scholar. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand.
