Mr. Green is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group, which specializes in M&A advisory, capital raising, and other strategic advisory assignments for public and private real estate companies, lenders, and investors. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Green was a Vice President at The CenterCap Group, a boutique investment bank focused exclusively on real estate. During his time at the firm, he served on sellside, buyside, and capital raising assignments for public and private asset managers, financial institutions, REITs, and REOCs. Before that, Mr. Green was an Associate for Wexford Science & Technology, a real estate investment and development platform focused on the life sciences sector. His responsibilities included underwriting investment opportunities and analyzing capital raising/deployment strategies. Mr. Green began his career as an Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Stifel, where he focused on asset-level and entity-level private capital raising assignments as well as public offerings.
Mr. Green graduated with honors from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and International Business.
