Mr. Leach is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. With more than two decades of investment banking experience in the household, beauty, and personal care sectors, he has broad experience in both domestic and international transactions. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Leach was a Managing Director at Baylor Klein, a London-based independent advisory firm offering corporate finance advice to clients in the household, beauty, and personal care sectors, which he founded in 2008. Baylor Klein grew to be one of the most successful M&A advisors in the space, working on more than 100 projects across Europe, North America, and Asia before its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Prior to Baylor Klein, Mr. Leach was a Managing Director at Close Brothers and a Director at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Leach holds a BA in Art Education Studies from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
