Mr. Richardson is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Richardson was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to his nearly two decades at GCA, he worked for Credit Lyonnais Securities and Robert W. Baird & Co.
Throughout his career, Mr. Richardson has acted as corporate adviser to many public and private companies, predominantly in the small and middle market, across a range of sectors, including recruitment, business services, and technology. He has also worked on a wide range of transactions, including IPOs, public takeovers, and private-sector mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Richardson holds an MA in International Banking and Financial Services from Reading University.
