Mr. Maier is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Previously, Mr. Maier was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. In 2019, he worked in Tokyo supporting the GCA Industrials and Business Services team. Before joining GCA in 2015, Mr. Maier spent more than four years at UniCredit in Munich and New York, where he was part of the Corporate Finance Advisory/M&A team and focused on industrials, business services, and small- and mid-cap succession situations.
Mr. Maier holds an M.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen.
