Mr. Frye is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has more than a decade of investment banking experience and success managing sellside, buyside, and capital-raising transactions. With a background in technology-enabled business services, Mr. Frye brings industry experience and perspective to M&A transactions. Mr. Frye is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Previously, Mr. Frye was a Managing Director at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023.
Mr. Frye holds a B.S. in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
