Mr. Barnard is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group and is an experienced consumer and leisure banker. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Barnard was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, he was with BDO, where he completed an 18-month secondment to the LDC London investment team. During his time there, he worked on many landmark transactions in the UK leisure and consumer sector, gaining particular expertise in the restaurant and bar sector and the travel sector.
Mr. Barnard holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Durham and is a qualified accountant.
