Mr. Lees is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, where he principally focuses on the aerospace and defence and building materials sectors. He has advised on multiple national and international M&A transactions. Notable deals include the public-to-private acquisition of Epwin Group Plc by Laumann Group, the carve-out sale of Beaufort (formerly Survitec Defence), the acquisition of Mannok by Sabanci/Çimsa, and the sale of SK AeroSafety. Mr. Lees is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lees worked in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance practice over a period of seven years, principally providing sellside and buyside advice to large corporates.
Mr. Lees holds an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Economics and Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
