Mr. Meixelsperger is a Managing Director and co-leads Houlihan Lokey’s Specialty Distribution practice within the firm’s Industrials Group. His transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, and capital raising, among other mandates. Mr. Meixelsperger is a founding member of the firm’s Minneapolis Corporate Finance team and is based in the Minneapolis office.
During his nearly two decades in investment banking, Mr. Meixelsperger has advised a broad range of leading specialty distributors, manufacturers, and services companies across a wide variety of industries. His select sector experience includes automotive/vehicle components; building products; consumer, food, and retail; engineering and construction; equipment rental; healthcare products; industrial and environmental services; plastics, rubber, and packaging; and transportation and logistics.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Meixelsperger worked for Bridgewood Advisors Inc. (f/k/a Mertz Associates), a boutique investment banking firm specializing in lower-middle-market M&A advisory.
Mr. Meixelsperger holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
