Mr. Meixelsperger co-leads Houlihan Lokey’s Specialty Distribution practice within the firm’s Industrials Group and leads the firm’s focus on direct-to-consumer repair and remodel businesses (DTC R&R). He has more than two decades of experience in investment banking and is a founding member of the firm’s Minneapolis Corporate Finance team. His transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, and debt and equity capital raising. Mr. Meixelsperger is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.

Mr. Meixelsperger has worked across a wide range of specialty distribution end markets, including automation, automotive aftermarket, building products and systems, commercial, electrical, communication and electronics, healthcare, industrial, MRO, OEM, and safety and jan-san, among others.

Mr. Meixelsperger has advised on more than a dozen DTC R&R and residential products transactions with a cumulative value of over $7 billion over the past four years alone, notably including the sales of LeafGuard, Renuity, System Pavers, and Window Nation, among others. In addition to these deals, he has experience in appliances, building materials, HVAC, flooring, plumbing/waterworks, roofing, and other categories.

Mr. Meixelsperger holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
