Mr. Meixelsperger is a Managing Director and co-leads Houlihan Lokey’s Specialty Distribution practice within the firm’s Industrials Group. He also leads the firm’s focus on direct-to-consumer repair and remodel businesses (DTC R&R). Mr. Meixelsperger’s transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, strategic alternatives advisory, management buyouts, special situations advisory, and capital raising, among other mandates.
Mr. Meixelsperger is a founding member of the firm’s Minneapolis Corporate Finance team and is based in the Minneapolis office.
During his more than two decades in investment banking, Mr. Meixelsperger has advised a broad range of leading specialty distributors, manufacturers, and services companies across a wide variety of industries. His select sector experience includes automotive/vehicle components; building products; consumer, food, and retail; engineering and construction; equipment rental; healthcare products; industrial and environmental services; plastics, rubber, and packaging; and transportation and logistics.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Meixelsperger worked for Bridgewood Advisors Inc. (f/k/a Mertz Associates), a boutique investment banking firm specializing in lower-middle-market M&A advisory.
Mr. Meixelsperger holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
