Mr. Marinello is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. His experience includes buyside and sellside M&A advisory, capital raising, and strategic advisory services for privately held and publicly traded companies. Mr. Marinello is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Since joining Houlihan Lokey in 2013, Mr. Marinello has worked across payor and provider services, specializing in employer-sponsored healthcare and cost containment. Selected notable clients include Allied Benefit, Angle Health, AseraCare, Avadyne, Brookdale, Care Capital, Corepoint, Cuarzo, Curalinc, Dentmall, Encore, Golden Living, Grane Healthcare, Grane Hospice, HCP, HCR ManorCare, Health EZ, Healthcare Navigator, Interactive Health, LCS, LifeHOUSE, Luminare, MHK, Nomi, OptiMed, Partnership Health Centers, Phia Group, Point C, RMP, ShareCare, The Difference Card, Ventas, Vitality, Welltower, and Workplace Options.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Marinello was with Berkery, Noyes & Co., where he provided sellside M&A advisory to lower-middle-market healthcare and education companies. He began his career with National Securities, a division of B. Riley Financial.
Mr. Marinello holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Colorado.
