Mr. Davis is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has more than two decades of investment banking and advisory experience. Mr. Davis is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Previously, Mr. Davis was a Partner at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he worked at Hyde Park Capital Partners, where he served as head of Business Services, Technology and Communications. Mr. Davis began his career with Livingston & Associates.
Mr. Davis holds a B.S. in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College.
