Mr. Ganow is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. Since 2015, he has executed a variety of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A transactions, as well as equity offerings and debt advisory assignments. Mr. Ganow is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ganow was a Senior Associate at Stephens, where he provided M&A advisory services to the firm’s clients across a number of sectors, including technology, food safety, oilfield services, restaurants, and others. Prior to that, he was an Associate in Baird’s Technology & Services group, where he executed a variety of M&A transactions and equity offerings across the technology and tech-enabled business services industries. Mr. Ganow began his investment banking career at Bridgepoint Investment Banking, providing execution support on M&A transactions, equity offerings, and debt advisory assignments.
Mr. Ganow’s notable prior transactions include the sale of Powerhouse to Lincolnshire Management; the sale of Vertex Group to DFW Capital Partners; the sale of Appcast to StepStone (a subsidiary of Axel Springer); the sale of International Cruise & Excursions (ICE) to 3i Group; and the IPO of BrightView Holdings (NYSE:BV), among others.
Mr. Ganow holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is also a CFA charterholder.
