Mr. Deck is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, with a specific focus on transportation technology. He has advised technology and software companies across a range of transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital raising, divestitures, and strategic alternatives. Mr. Deck is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Deck was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Private Bank. As part of the Personal Trust Investment Group that managed approximately $2 billion in personal trust assets, he focused on investment manager due diligence, risk-adjusted performance analysis, and asset allocation recommendations and implementation.
Previously, Mr. Deck was a Business Development Analyst for HighWater Capital Management, a provider of structured growth capital solutions.
Mr. Deck holds a B.A. in English from Colgate University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Dean’s List.
