Mr. Martinez is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He primarily focuses on transactions in the out-of-home industry. Mr. Martinez is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
At Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martinez has been involved in the Acorns Grow capital raise led by PayPal; the acquisition of Aliante Hotel + Casino + Spa by Boyd Gaming; Aurora Capital’s acquisition of Randall-Reilly from Investcorp; Herschend Enterprises’ acquisition of Pink Jeep Tours; Cirque du Soleil’s acquisition of VStar Entertainment; Becker Boards’ acquisition of Pearl Media’s Miami assets; Cattri’s acquisition of Lightbox; WorldStrides’ financial restructuring; Cirque du Solei’s financial restructuring; Chuck E. Cheese’s financial restructuring; and Amulet Capital’s acquisition of Remedy Health Media from Topspin Consumer Partners.
Mr. Martinez holds a B.B.A. with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He graduated with high distinction.
