Mr. Nelson is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, focusing on specialty distribution. He is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Nelson worked as a Vice President in Baird’s Industrial Group, where he advised public and private companies on M&A activities and capital raising. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at D.A. Davidson and Antares International Partners.
Mr. Nelson holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
