Mr. Dimiri is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Dimiri has extensive experience in preparing detailed valuation and fairness opinions across various sectors and geographies. He regularly participates in and leads valuation work performed for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Dimiri was an Analyst at Credit Suisse Securities Europe Ltd within its telecom, media, and technology team.
Mr. Dimiri holds a BSc in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Warwick.
