Mr. Gosain is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He advises traditional asset managers, alternative asset managers, and wealth management firms, with a focus on M&A, capital raising, and cross-border activity. Mr. Gosain is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2024, Mr. Gosain was an asset and wealth management investment banker at Raymond James and Evercore.
Mr. Gosain holds a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from Western University and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He is a CFA charterholder.
