Mr. Bérard-Quélin is a member of Houlihan Lokey‘s Industrials Group within the Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Bérard-Quélin worked at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. He joined Natixis Partners in 2018, where he mostly advised private equity funds and entrepreneurs on exit transactions, developing extensive experience in majority and minority LBOs across France and Europe.
Mr. Bérard-Quélin holds an M.S. in Finance from SciencesPo and a B.S. in Business Management from Queen Mary University of London.
