Mr. Taneja is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has extensive experience in valuation and fairness opinion engagements for clients across Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Taneja is based in the firm's London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Taneja was a Vice President in Duff & Phelps’ London office within the Valuation Advisory team, leading portfolio valuation engagements for private credit and equity funds as well as fairness opinions particularly in the context of related-party transactions. Previously, he worked in the Market Risk Modelling team at Nomura Holdings, focusing on pricing and risk analytics for liquid securities in the fixed income and structured credit space, as well as derivative products.
Mr. Taneja holds a BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society UK.
