Mr. Kaushik is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He covers the software sector with a focus on marketing and sales applications, including market research, customer experience, marketing automation, conversational intelligence, sales engagement, and data management/analytics. Mr. Kaushik is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Kaushik began his banking career in 2010, during which he has advised numerous public and private companies and financial sponsor clients on a variety of transactions, including private and public capital markets (including both debt and equity) and strategic/sponsor acquisitions. Selected transactions include advising Egen on its merger with SpringML, raising Moloco’s Series C, leading the initial public offering for VerticalScope, and the sale of Nexient to NTT Data.
Previously, Mr. Kaushik was an Executive Director at UBS, working with enterprise software and IT services clients. Prior to UBS, he worked at RBC Capital Markets and J.P. Morgan within the Technology Banking teams.
Mr. Kaushik holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Boston University.
